“I love a top with personality! The Della has great movement and so many possibilities with the two layers.”

Heather Luben –
This pattern was a fun one! The sleeve gathering is such an elegant detail, and the open back is still modest. I opted to use a button instead of the inset or ties. The two length options gives you lots of choices on how to style it too!
Laura Walker –
Love this top! Super comfortable and stylish. The gathering on the arms make this top a showstopper!
Jane Whicheloe –
Love the final result its sooo cute, type of fabric really does make a difference. It drapes lovely.
Katie –
I love a top with personality! The Della has great movement and so many possibilities with the two layers. I’m considering a knit eyelet for another version.
Amelia Keating –
Super fun shirt! My daughters and I love it! The pattern was a little tricky in some spots, but I always like a pattern where I can learn something!
Lisa Giorcelli –
This is such a fun, cute top that is easy to wear and looks great too.
Bunford Orsi –
Great and very different pattern from the usual styles! If you love wearing loose and very comfortable things, this is a MUST HAVE! Your final product will depend from your fabric choice .. So choose wisely!
Shona Young –
Lovely Top that looks so different depending on the fabric chosen. My daughters look smart in them but they are comfortable enough to be playing in too. Pattern had a couple of tricky bits but once you have made one they get easier and easier. We will be having lots more Della Drapes in our wardrobes.
Luana Furlanetto –
The instructions are a little tricky, but once you read them well it’s a pretty quick and easy sew. Bonus because it’s very comfy!
Carmen Brent –
This pattern is very versatile and can be dressed up or down. It is free and flowing, especially if your material has good drape. The dress version with shirt length outer top allows you to showcase the fabric of the inner piece, and completely elevates the look of this piece.
Jelena Urljak –
This top is very pretty, has nice details (two different layers, bound armholes and keyhole of inner tank, optional back ties), not at all revealing and everything stays in place despite roomy outer layer that suggests otherwise. My kid loves it, she says it is very comfortable too.
Liz Faber –
I love the end result of this pattern. Very comfy and looks dressy. However, I found I really had to read the instructions super carefully to get this to made.
Debbie Groves –
Lovely dress!!
Juliana Garibaldi-Appelhof –
Della Drape is simple, comfortable and beautiful shirt!!
Dési Rée –
I have sewn so many Rebecca Page patterns already but this is by far my favourite. It is an easy and rather quick sew but looks so fashionable.
Stephanie Tharp –
I believe this is a fantastic sew, however I did not complete the inner tank, offering the outer shell in the instructions as an optional one peice is a great idea, youd just have to turn under the top and topstitch. I love this pattern and its fluidity.
Sherri Ziegler –
Beautiful feel for my daughter. She referred to the sleeves as butterfly wings and enjoyed dancing and “flying.”
