How do PDF/ digital patterns work? Simply download, print, and sew. You’ll need a free Adobe Acrobat reader program and any home printer (or a nearby copy shop for A0 printing). Once you’ve printed the pieces, tape or glue them together. You’ll find an easy-to-follow how-to guide inside the pattern instructions, plus support in our Facebook group.
The trim-free pattern comes in A4 or US letter printable sizes and includes full pattern pieces and a detailed tutorial to guide you every step of the way. An A0 format (pattern pieces only) is also included should you wish to have your pattern printed professionally. PDF Layers allow you to select and print only the size/s you want/ need.
When will I get my patterns? You’ll receive a link to download your patterns immediately after purchase. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam/ junk folder. You can also find your patterns in your ‘My Account’ area..

I think overall the pattern is pretty easy. I did find the instructions in attaching the side panels to the cover a bit confusing and the pictures did not help with clarifying how to attach. I had to just lay the rectangle on the machine to determine how to attach.
After figuring that out it is a quick and easy sew. I plan to sew another one and customize the size. I will also make one for my serger.

This is a great pattern! I absolutely love it! The size that it is patterned for fits PERFECTLY over my Janome Memory Craft 6300 and my Juki 2010Q (larger machines). I will be making one for my serger next – this pattern is so easy to scale . I added the piping for interest, but this did not take long at all. The instructions were easy to foll as well. My only recomendation would be to interface the entire inside rather than just the top. I used a heavy courderoy, but it still would have been beneficial to interface the entire piece in this case. I absolutely and thrilled with the results!

This project was fun to make.The pattern was fairly simple, instructions were easy to read as was the pattern. The time needed to pin and cut out the pattern, press and sew the project by hand was under 90 minutes. I would guess using a sewing machine it would be a 30 to a 40 minute sewing project. I will be making several more of these to give as gifts for my crafty friends. I would definitely recommend this pattern for its simplicity and its ability to easily be altered to accommodate most any Sewing Machine, Embroidery Machine or Serger. I really enjoyed making this project.

I used a directional fabric so just added in a middle seam so no matter which way I put the cover on the pattern runs up the right way! I love that I was able to make a dust cover for my serger with whatever fabric I wanted. I wish the pattern went over examples of how you could alter the pattern pieces to get a custom fit more ind with but otherwise I have no complaints. I altered the shape of my side panels and changed the length and width of the main piece but after the alterations I followed along with the directions as written.
